Summer signing Olivia Smith will make her competitive debut for the Arsenal this afternoon for our Barclays WSL opener against London City Lionesses.
The 21-year-old forward will line up at Emirates Stadium alongside Chloe Kelly and Alessia Russo, who signed a new contract with the club on Friday.
Kim Little will captain our squad, joined by Mariona Caldentey and Victoria Pelova in the midfield.
18-year-old Katie Reid makes her second-ever WSL start against London City, paired with Steph Catley at the back. Katie McCabe and Emily Fox complete the backline, with Daphne van Domselaar between the sticks.
