Octoputts at the Hardwick Industrial Estate in King’s Lynn is permanently shutting on Sunday, February 22.
The venue was opened by Natalie and Andy Atkins in 2023 and boasts an 18-hole course with a range of nautical glow-in-the-dark obstacles.
But, in a statement over the weekend, they announced they would stop trading.
“It is with a heavy heart that we announce the permanent closure of Octoputts Indoor Glow Golf, with our final day of operation being Sunday, February 22,” the statement said.
“This has been an incredibly difficult decision for our team and for the family behind Oceanus Leisure and not one that has been made lightly.
“Rising costs such as business rates and insurance imposed by our government have made it difficult to continue sustainably.
“These pressures have intensified to the point where continuing is no longer viable and we have sadly been forced to bring us to a close.”
The business stressed that Little Sharks soft play area would remain open, despite the closure of Octoputts.
