Paige Spiranac candidly describes her relationship with golf while speaking with her massive Instagram followers. She said, “I’ve always said that golf is the reason I’m in therapy, and it’s also my therapy.“It can be so infuriating at times where you just want to quit and never want to look at your golf clubs ever again.“But then when I am stressed, or frustrated, or going through something, there is nothing more relaxing than just going to the range, putting my music on and just beating balls for hours.”She agreed with a fan who described golf as a sport filled with unpredictable rounds. That uncertainty keeps players hooked. Spiranac explained: “This is why golf is so addicting and also why I have such a love-hate relationship with the game.“Because you can be standing on the first tee, do everything correctly… and you could just have the best round of your life or the worst.“You never know what you’re going to get. It’s full of surprises but it always keeps you coming back for more.”Her remarks follow a quieter stretch on social media. She previously admitted anxiety had “taken control” of her life. Recently, she announced the launch of Paige Co, a new media company in partnership with Pro Shop, showing that she is doing better than before.

After surrendering a three-shot lead late in the final round, Lowry faced the media and did not hold back. “I’m obviously extremely disappointed,” he said. “I had the tournament in my hands, and I threw it away. What more can I say? That’s twice this year now so far. I’m getting good at it.”He added, “I only wanted it for her today. I didn’t want it for, I don’t care about anything else.”Spiranac responded on X with a message of respect: “All the credit to Shane for talking to the media after the final round today. Golf can chew you up and spit you out at times.”Spiranac’s response to Lowry is fitting, considering her recent admission about her mental health due to the pressure from the sport.
