Golf Fans Weigh In As Sepp Straka’s Triumph Leaves Shane Lowry Searching for an End to His Winless Streak

It was tough but the Austrian Sepp Straka managed to do it. For the first time in his PGA Tour career, Straka is a multiple time winner in a single season after he braved a tough final day and carded a two under par to clinch the much needed victory at the Truist Championship. Straka had started the day level on points with Ryder Cup teammate Shane Lowry, but held strong till the last hole to claim victory by two strokes.

Fans on social media were full of praise for the 32 year-old. “More to come for Sepp, he’s got game!” One fan tweeted after his victory.
