Charlie Woods, who is the son of Tiger Woods, has committed to Florida State Seminoles men’s golf. Woods announced his commitment via his Instagram account. He has been a long-time target for FSU men’s golf head coach Trey Jones.
Woods was a 2025 Rolex Junior All-America: First Team honoree this past season. The Class of 2027 golfer won the Team TaylorMade Invitational. He is currently ranked 21st in the AJGA rankings. For more on his play during last season, click here.
He attends the Benjamin School in Palm Beach, Fla. He helped the Benjamin School win the FHSAA Class 1A state title this past season. Woods shot a team-best 68 in that victory.
He joins Miles Russell in FSU’s 2027 men’s golf class. Russell is a two-time AJGA Player of the Year and also was named to the Rolex Junior All-America First Team.
Both Woods and Russell can sign with FSU this coming November.
His father attended Stanford and played golf there for two seasons before turning professional.
