The Nandua Warriors golf team traveled to Suffolk on Monday to compete in the Region 2A Tournament. Senior Toryn Ibarra led the way for the Warriors, finishing third overall and earning a spot in the VHSL State Tournament at Hobbs Hole in Tappahannock on October 14.
As a team, the Warriors placed fifth in the regional competition. Representing Nandua were Toryn Ibarra, David Hughes, Trevor Turlington, Grayson Ford, Alex Bundick, and Kaiden Stokes.
